Our beef is guaranteed to be a differentiated eating experience. Our family of farmers takes great pride in providing consumers with a unique take on beef. We focus on ensuring our customers rich, wholesome and flavorful products guided by a promise of quality from our family to yours.

The beef is produced from Black Angus cattle whose quality traits are a result of generations of our innovative program. Our animals are raised by families providing consistent care sharing values of integrity, innovation, and quality on their farm. All farms are under a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Finally, science-based and on-farm supplied nutrition of the animals provide us an opportunity to match unique flavor profiles with the palate of our customers.

We hand select the animals for our customers individual requests for specifications in weight, premium grade, and flavor. Our artisan butchers process and package the beef to our customer's expectations following the desired aging process.
